Lightning is probably the hardest image to capture. Even harder to capture a good shot.  One of my favorite things to photograph out there, elusive, random, awe inspiring and a little dangerous. I could spend hours out in the field trying to pin down storm patterns just to get one good shot. Fortunately the skies have been good to me letting me capture so many amazing lightning photographs.
